Is there a long-term contract?
The Pilot tier is month-to-month after a 30-day evaluation. Department and Health System tiers use annual contracts with monthly billing. We do not lock you into multi-year terms before you have seen the system work at your institution.
What is included in onboarding?
Our clinical team handles DICOM configuration, worklist API integration, and radiologist orientation for all tiers. You do not need to assign internal IT resources to the deployment. Typical time from contract to live: two to five business days.
Do prices change per study volume?
Pricing is based on the number of CT scanners connected, not on study volume. A busy department running 200 chest CTs per day pays the same rate as one running 40. No per-study overage fees.
Can we add scanners mid-contract?
Yes. If you need to add scanners beyond your current tier's limit mid-contract, we pro-rate the upgrade for the remainder of the term. The Health System tier has no scanner limit, so there is no upgrade required for growth.
